Coyote droppings this morning...

Out back, We have a Doe with Fawn hanging around. Plus we see a Grey Fox on a regular basis.
Last evening, wife and I saw Doe running, the stop and look back for some time. We saw the Fawn head for the woods. We didn't see anything chasing the Fawn. After Fawn disappeared the Doe dashed off.
With the fresh dropping this morning, maybe the Coyote was looking for a Fawn.
