Title: Mojo super critter decoy
Post by: Rookie furtaker on March 18, 2016, 06:28:54 PM
Just wondering if any guys use this for hunting coyotes. If so do you leave the sound on or no sound?

I use one and love it.  No sound at all.  I sometimes put it behind a fawn decoy to make it simulate the tail movment.  My opinion ion, Ito worth the money.  I use it primarily for coyotes.

The sound seems overkill in my opinion

I have found that more times than not a moving decoy is not necessarily a good thing for coyotes.  They will either shy away from it or charge hard and fast, leaving no good opportunity for a shot.  I think the exception is a stationary coyote decoy, especially this time of the year.

A moving decoy is great for bobcats.

Jake he may mean that the movement is enough, no need for a lot of sound.  Just  guess....

Yes I meant the sound just keeps playing with a couple different high and lows but I think it's to much. It would be nice if it a had a remote to pause it
