The backstabber was his downfall. This red looked like to me had the mange. Could be wrong on that but was thin on the tale and a couple spots on his back legs and back was no hair and look to be like a big scab.Been seeing more reds this year then greys.

Good going Brushwolf, now you're getting back into what I know you for, grays!!Nice big coon, too. I made it out Thanksgiving eve from around ten pm till four am or so thanksgiving day,we had a good time in my area finally once again,we got 3 reds and a coon, I got to gun two of the fox and the coon and took pics for the species hunt and only after I had them skinned and on stretchers  I realized I forgot the species hunt sign...... :-\,o well, try to get more,at any rate, way to go, congrats

I went to some new properties. The one place the women shot two reds off of her front porch. I show up their and this grey is barking off in the distance. A few mins later here come the barker. The places that I went to in this new area all the owners see reds never a grey. Go figure. That was the frist coon that I ever took. I hit another one but blood trailed it down a hole. Did not knew that coons were that tough.
