I like it with a little salt and pepper. Sometimes it's pretty tough so make sure you chew it at least 12 times.

I guess it depends on how hot your light gets. Won't cellophane melt?

Its layout ink,
it smells like nail polish(leave it alone BP)
and can be removed with nail polish remover
2 coats is perfect

Where can I buy some? Is it permanent? Can it be removed and is red the only color available?

Have you ever compared it to the red plastic lense sold for night hunting? How transparent is it. Does it let more light threw.

Its just as good if not better
its more of a clear dye and does let more light through
and if it gets scratched or dulled up you can remove it and apply new

make sure it is not the opaque color red.  that is kinda milky looking instead of drying clear.

I bought that red basket wrapping paper I heard mention on here and it makes my light look purple. I don't use it.

i use dj paper, the dykem isnt dark enough i dont think. It will take all the heat you throw at it.And if you dont like it,itcomes off.I couldnt get the dykem off.Even with fingernail polish.

Never tried the dykum but the best red Cellophane I found is to keep the cellophane from the candy you give your loved 1 on Valintines day. It has a nice dark deep red color to it. And your killing 2 birds with 1 stone your making your sweetie happy and getting enough cellophane to cover your lights.

the dj paper is just a hair darker than the dark red valentines paper, the pink paper in a roll is not red enough.

TROPHIESONLY  I agree with the roll not being dark enough I tried it and it makes your light look pink to me not red. Can the animals tell I don't know since I didn't use it.

I used the red paper with no problem.  Use 2 layers.
