I am thinking of getting in the Mosquito creek hunt.
I would like to hunt up north but I am hearing if it is not a plowed road you can not go down it.
What is it like in your area?

Buckwheat, My son lives in the NW part of the state, 10 inches and crunchy as hell. k-9's can walk on top of it but its not hard enough to hold an adult.

I don't think it's good up there. My buddy said they had 20" in Sinnemahoning.

Here's a link to different snow cameras up north.

Looks like most areas have about a foot of snow ..... not sure if the snow cameras help ....

The weather may change for the hunt, come Monday will the president see his shadow?

Stop hijacking my question with crap. Take the political stuff to another link.
I am interested in facts on snow fall so I can plan a hunt.

Weather prognosticators guessing at 1-5" of snow followed by high winds. Be the first of the week till anyone can give a good update.

Yea, looks bad with wind and cold next few days. Have to see what happens this week. It might turn out to be to hard to get anywere.
