Anybody see anything? Kill anything? Hear anything?
-
Three different times last week I had one howling, barking and making some other crazy noises for over a half hour right at dark. Couldn't see it in the woods with the lights. I'd say it was within 100 yds of me. This week he's barked a few times and that's it. Haven't seen anything.

Saw one the other night crossing the field, called and he disappeared quick!

2 times last weekend (day time)....nothing. But had a good time outside.

The best daytime hours I found to be was right at daybreak until about 10 am.

Low pressure remote areas in the evening, populated areas in the morning have worked best for me

Are the areas fields or more wooded?
-
My area is mostly wooded. I try to find a spot that has cover so the coyote thinks he's hidden.
Took these pics this morning. In the fall, they are less open than they are now, but you get the idea. These spots have produced for me. Took 2 at the first spot last year.
