If this is true, I guess we don't need to worry about the coyote bounty being passed.   :o  ::)

I believe its very likely that they have migrated across the country.  If the wolf populations continue to rise out west you can be sure that they too will start to migrate.  Its just the nature of things.  Prey attracts predators.

Several years ago, Phillips said, he took a call from a Western Pennsylvania man who said someone he knew told him of a coyote with a State Farm ear tag.

I just think the coyotes have always been here...from what Ive read since the 60s...also swarter i knew Barry he was a friend of my in..we did some waterfowling in the 1980s.....he even wanted to have me as a turkey guide up at his property..but the travel was too much...I hope they find out what happen to him..he was nt one for getting lost...he was a pretty smart guy and sometimes too smart...but i hope the family finds closure ...RussB
