I'm about tobite the bullet and get my CZ 527 in 223.  The question is this, varmint or carbine?

the twist rate in the american is 1 in 12 and the varmint is 1 in 9.  I have 55gr hornady ballistic tips, but I want to up to 75gr and the varmint will shoot them better.

Well then you answered your own question it seems.  The carbine is 1:12 also.
