I have a spitfire foxpro that suddenly quit working and am gonna look for another call, the spitfire I thought was OK but I bought it last year for 190$ and I don't think it was QUITE worth it, seems like half the sounds are not a primary choice for fox and coyote but I could be wrong. But at the moment I rather not spend 400$ on a top of the line foxpro, and other good ones decently priced? Granted with my e caller broke, I'm getting better with hand/mouth calls, but there's sometimes is still like my e caller setup 50 yards away when the critters are comin in close and looking.

Call FoxPro and tell them your problem. They have out of this world custumer service. I'm sure they will help you. Are you a PPHA member? All members get a %10 discount on all FoxPro items with thier membership card.

I have two FoxPro's, a Fury and a Spitfire. The Fury is a much better call but almost 3 times the price. On the Spitfire you can reprogram sounds onto a micro SD card with the calls you want. as suggested, call FoxPro and see if they can fix your Spitfire and then order some sounds that will go on it, be careful because not all are compatable with the Spitfire. I think it only takes 12bit and MP3 files.

I would never leave Foxpro calls. I did however have a Johnny Stewart Preymaster that I liked and treated me very well. It played sounds for 30 seconds only then automatically stopped until you hit the button again and the metal speaker sounded amazing.

a lot of my sounds on my foxpros are johnny stewarts. i seen where johnny stewart has some new callers... i haven't heard if anyone has one as of yet.

I love Johnny Stewart but I seen the price for his new calls and I think dollar for dollar, Foxpro is still well ahead of the game.

Ok I'm ready to upgrade to a new foxpro anyways. Is the wildfire a decent upgrade from a spitfire ir should I go a little better?

I have a wildfire an i love it. Go on there website an read about to make sure it's what your looking for

I love my fury!!

If I was buying a new call I'd go with the Fury II. I already have a $700+ call in the FX5 and plan on keeping it a while longer.

I agree with predator 77

Talk to the folks at foxpro and see what they think for the type of hunting your doing...I personally would trust what they told me. Amazing folks!

I bought the wildfire and added a external speaker it gets better volume. Really like it though just wish the antennas system was stronger as it basically needs to be inline of sight. Other than that great call and i have around 80 sounds on it and cant really see getting to 200 since we are limited to uses here in pa.
