i live in lanc. co. near the chester co. line not far from honey brook. was out hunting a few weeks ago for coyotes. used the rabbit distress call with no luck, stayed on stand for several hours. wondering if i did something wrong or if there are none around this area? any ideas?

I go through Honeybrook on my way to visit Cochranville often. Never tried calling that area yet, but have heard there are few coyote around there. 30-45 minutes is more than enough time to sit.
This is the hardest time of year to call em . Most have heard that song before

You need to scout to know they are there. If your not scouting then its gonna be hard to be successful.

This is a tough time like previously mentioned. I'll do a set up for a max of 30-35 minutes. Right now is a good time for coyote vocals. invitations, challenges, etc.

I hunted lancaster co. before moving to tioga. scouting is key.there are coyotes there.the only time they seem to stay in a area for any amount of time is when the pups are little.after that they are hard to figure where they are going to be.look in areas less traveled.most important thing is to keep after em.
