Title: Battery operated decoys legal?

I had read on another fourm that battery operated decoys are not legal in PA, is this true?

Depends what you are hunting for.  For predators, yes they are legal.

Got it.

Decoys: Decoys simulating food are considered artificial bait and are illegal.
Examples: artificial corn to attract turkeys or waterfowl. Any decoy,
including electronic decoys, used in the trapping or hunting of furbearers
is permitted.
