Looking for a Taurus model 17, .17HMR pistol. S/S with 6.5 barrel. This is the tracker series.  Thanks.

i had one of these and had nothing with problems with it.  no longer have it.

accuracy was a huge issue.  also had a .17 blow up in the barrel..  bullet manufature blamed the gun maker the gun maker blamed the bullet manufaturer.  i think the cylinder didn't line up properly when i pulled the trigger.  when i called hornady they new i was shooting a taurus before i even said, so there must have been some problems.

Hmmmmmmmm ?? OK, how's about the taurus model 17SS12 in .17HMR ? In my research of the shorter model I found this and didn't know anything about it. Anyone got one of these or for that matter, any other brand of revolver in .17HMR. Thanks. ;)

BTW, My taurus 44 mag has no issues. Pretty good shoot'n piece. ;)

BTW Longtail ;D A S&W Mdl 57 w/8 -3/8" barrel in a 41 is my choice....for chipmunks that is... :o
