Title: Hunting with Musky Tonight

I put out an offer to take someone fox hunting and Musky stepped up to the plate.  We are heading out tonight to some of my spots in Lehigh and maybe Berks County.  It's great to get together with a fellow District 2 PPHA member.  Hopefully we will have some luck and be able to share a story and some pictures later tonight or tomorrow!  Hopefully the reds will cooperate...

That's awesome man. Always good to hear about a member helping a member.

Just got back from hunting with Musky...aka...Damian.  What a great fellow...even brought a tray of Christmas cookies for my family! 

Awesome night chasing the reds around Lehigh County.  I'm not the best story teller so I'll see if he comes on here and shares the story.  I post a picture in the morning...just too sleepy now for all that technology.

I ran the light and did the calling tonight.  Damian and his Mossberg did the rest.  We called in 10 red fox which is a great night for me...they were everywhere tonight!

Mike,
Can't say enough Thanks for taking me out last night! That was an awesome night! Great job on the calling!
We had a single at the first set. A triple at the set were we killed that one, and three doubles!
On the last set of the night we had one come 100 yards in 10 seconds that I should've put on the ground. Guess I got a little fox fever.
The one we killed we really had to work for. There was three different fox hanging back in some woods not looking really interested. Mike suggested we move up to another spot, then we mixed in some mouth calls with lip squeaks and two of the fox liked that and it brought them close enough for the shot!

That IS what its all about for sure, I dont know if you guys hooked up through this forum or not.
But I met alot of great people and shared alot of great experiences due to the PPHA, I hope it brings many others together and brings new shared experiences to everyone.

Yep...I hooked up with Musky right here on this forum.  If any other PPHA members want to chase some fox I am available next weekend (Friday or Saturday night).  I am also looking forward to another fox Hunt with Musky in January!
