Caught on a trail cam right in ALLEGHENY COUNTY. We baited them. Did not hunt them yet.

It's always fun to down load your Trail Cam and see what's on it. I have pics of a real nice 8 pt, and 2 grey fox's as well. all in the same night. This is on my private 80 acres that I hunt. I killed a 7 pt with a 18 inch spread with my cross bow a month ago on the same land. Two nights ago I took a grey fox too.

look lik litter mates
wat kinda bate???

Ha Mutt looks like the the coyote contests this year are a slam dunk. LOL

Just scrap meat from the butcher. The trick is to keep the bait pile stocked up on a regular basis. I freshen it every day. Once the animals get used to the flash of the camera they will start to come in closer and earlier in the evening. That's when you blow them up.

Muttbuster did the fine baiting job. I'm headed north soon to hunt timber wolves. Snowshoe hares up there. Might try a preadator call. Seeing a 150lb Timber Wolf would be awesome.

Foxpro carries the bucked of bait for me. My scraps are nothing but fat , a few small bones and gristle. The sawdust from the meat saw.

I've seen them on sale for as low as 50.00 for Christmas gifts. You don't really need an expensive one to do the job. Mine is a "Wildlife 3 Extreme". About $100.00.

Snouts look wierd for a coyote. Back end looks about right.
