Title: calling in March?

I have a question about calling this time of year. Its mating season or they are already paired, so I was wondering would a challenge or greeting or howl be more productive then a food call like a rabbit in distress?

Yes they are already paired up this time of year.Howling this time of year has worked for me. Actually I mix the howling with food source calls at times also. Now is a good time to call in both the Male and Female together.I have done this already in February,and I'm positive it was because of the howling.
