Where could a person either buy an Elk horn howler or a horn to make your own?

Sorry,I quess I should have been more specific.Looking for an  Elk brand latex howler with a large size bull horn attached or just a bull horn and I could attach it my self.

Sorry,
I got one of my E.L.K. power howlers online for $14.95
I got the other(Made by Bigben himself, as a door prize at the Northcentral hunt) It is topped with cow horn.

Might want to try a cattle farm, or the trappers convention

Very easy to do.  You are crafty, I'm sure it wouldnt be a problem.  Buy the E.L.K. howler at Gander and I think I can hook you up.
