He does say that you have to apply constant pressure on the back switch on to make it work... What do you use to make it stay on constant?..Sounds good but you can't use it adequate by having to put pressure on the back switch.  Unless you can use the Kill light switch.. But here again you would have to buy at least one Kill Light to use this light..  Pressure switches like the kind that are on the Tactical police lights just are not good for the rifleperson.. Shotgun.. Ah maybe but again you have to be performing this function applying pressure for it to light up  while you should be just shooting...

This will test your ethics. Do you support small business (in the US), or do you save considerably?

SongDog how right you are. I'm a union guy and try to make a point to buy as local as I can. Although I know what's right for me isn't right for everybody.

Freedom of choice it's what separates us from other countries and make this one so great...Rick

The thing I am wondering about though is where are the kill lights made?  if they are made in china and some guy is putting together a package with pieces made from china it isn't helping either.

My cell and computer may be from china, but they have created US jobs. My Wife works for Verizon Wireless, actually.

BigBen- Many things are just as you said, made somewhere else, and assembled here. Heck, sometimes the pices are made here sent there and assembled and brought back here and sold.

Really not talking about, not buying anything foriegn, just when given a choice like this where do you stand?
Not trying to stir up anything, as I also believe in the freedom we have to choose. I just know the choice I would make. I'd spend the couple extra bucks and support the local guy. Plus, If I have a problem, I know where to find him.

Yeah but if the local guy is buying these in bulk from china and just slappin a sticker on it and callin it the super duper light.  Does it matter who we support?  Only difference is the guy slappin the sticker on it is makin money off the consumer for just repacking a product.  I am not saying that is what is happening here however.

I find that I can't always buy local but try whenever possible. It is just a way of life now that our country has become a consumer society instead of a manufacturing society.

BB- That happens a lot more than you'd think. My wife used to work at a place that imported tools from china, they took them apart, then put'em back together with an "assembled in USA" sticker on them. What a crock. So I definitely see your point. However, it did provide her with an income and a way to support herself without relying on anyone else. Kind of a double edged sword I guess.

Edit- I would like to see a comparison of these cheaper lights with the other brands.

There not only cheaper there the same light as the kill light. The power of the Internet can save you a ton of money. Notice they took the thread off predator masters.com. I guess Booddock outdoors was screaming. The facts came out were these lights were coming from.
