My foxpro Fury remote recently stop working. Foxpro called and said no problem. What a great company.

Yes I do like their customer services...However have not used it much and that is also a sign of a good electronic caller..They do provide outstanding How To guidance when you need it.

They do have great service. I was having a problem with my scorpion. I shipped it to them ups on a Monday afternoon. They called me on Wednesday morning to ask exactly what was going on then called me Wednesday afternoon to tell me it was ready. I picked it up Thursday a.m. and was hunting that evening.
