How many days do you think a frozen deer would last outside (being hung) before the meat goes bad? Gutted ofcoarse!

frozen? depends on what kind of critters get to it. I prefer to let my deer meat hang for a week in a cool ventilated area. Not frozen though. this is skun as well.

as long as its frozen, I'd say 12-14 days
Thawed between 32-36 I'd say 6-8days ( this will let enzymes break down the collagen between the muscle fibers, and is not bacterial rot
