Anyone know when the drawing is for elk this year?

Never mind just found out it was the 10th.

Do you get more point  preference year after year like the old bobcat drawing?  I have never put in for the elk tag.  I'd shoot one and then I'd say? Now How Do I Get It Back To The Vehicle?

They should let you see how many preference points you have.
