Title: When did the coyotes come?

This photo was from 1945
Its a coyote shot in Forest county at one of our members deer camp.
I've been hearing guys saying that we didn't have coyotes until the '70's or the '80's

Well here is some proof

They may not have been as wide spread as they are now.

according to the artical in the Pa.outdoor news they appeard in Pa. in the 1930,s

Looks photoshopped to me....


 ;D Just kidding.   I saw my first Pa coyote about 1988 or so.
