I wish we all get snow since that will give everyone a edge.. However on the negative side it could hamper check in too if it gets real bad....
However that to can help you. Over the years I can't ever remember perfect hunting conditons during our big hunts... Thats just how things work out....

Issued by The National Weather Service
Philadelphia, PA

... WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH LATE SATURDAY NIGHT...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM WATCH, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH LATE SATURDAY NIGHT.

SNOW IS EXPECTED TO OVERSPREAD THE AREA FROM SOUTH TO NORTH EARLY SATURDAY. THE SNOW COULD BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES DURING SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT BEFORE TAPERING OFF EARLY SUNDAY. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR A SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL THIS WEEKEND.

THE SNOW COULD FALL HEAVY AT TIMES, WHICH MAY COMBINE WITH GUSTY NORTHERLY WINDS TO PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. THIS MAY CAUSE DANGEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT. THE STRONGEST WINDS SHOULD BE ACROSS AREAS CLOSER TO THE COAST.
A WINTER STORM WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT SNOW, SLEET, OR ICE ACCUMULATIONS THAT MAY IMPACT TRAVEL. CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE LATEST FORECASTS.

More Information
... HEAVY SNOW AND WINDY CONDITIONS TO POTENTIALLY AFFECT OUR AREA FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT...

.AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE ORGANIZING ACROSS THE NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO WILL MOVE JUST OFF THE SOUTHEASTERN UNITED STATES COAST ON FRIDAY. THIS SYSTEM WILL THEN INTENSIFY AS IT TRACKS NORTHEASTWARD AND OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST SATURDAY. THIS STORM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE A SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL ACROSS A GOOD PART OF THE AREA THIS WEEKEND.

We need snow.  The  frozen ground makes too much noise. And they will be holed up. Got off today uncle B and myself are gonna mark some more stands with Richy, we are hunting 1 night in Fayette and Allegheney Counties.  We will be in the thicket calling today at 5pm. Probably will be the best time. Good Luck and stack some skins.

Until the new bylaws take effect. Your uncle can not help you or participate in any way for your hunt. He is not a member and I don't want you to get disqualified for not knowing.  ;) PM sent.

My uncle is NOT hunting the hunt.  He doesn't even want richy and myself to do it. If someone needs to come watch.  Have them in Clarksville behind the firehouse at 4:15 when we leave. And they better not smell.

I am only hunting this hunt because I'm in another local hunt this weekend.  So I thought I would participate.

Hiel Hitler!  I thought he said they were marking stands.  You know...making scrapes.  Maybe you don't know. BOO!

I am in no way unloading on you.  Lord knows your hands are full.  I'm quite familiar with the XXXXXX you have to deal with.

If you truly wanted to avoid a situation, you'd know what marking stands meant and replied accordingly.  Please don't misconstrue, I am in no way, shape, or form supporting you.  Support goes to things you believe in.  I was just trying to awaken you.  You appear to be brain dead.

worm4man stated...mark stands, not "making scrapes". plain and simple in black and white. marking stands can mean many things...like putting up flagging, reflective tacks, placing scent ahead of time, marking stand locations on a GPS, marking stand locations on a paper map. P77 was simply ensureing that his district member would not have in issue and was aware of the bylaw rules on hunts.

the "heil hitler" comment was not necessary. you know that as well as i do...P77 was doing his job and helping his  fellow member. nothing more, nothing less. and the "brain dead" comment wasn't either. show your fellow member and district officer a little common courtesy please. last time i saw you, you were a grown man and not a child. only children use name calling. ::)

now, this post is about this weekends snowfall.....if anyone has anything to add to this subject lets hear it. otherwise lets not.
