Title: use of electronics while hunting with coyote hounds

many coyote houndsman have been using radio tacking collars  to locate and harvest coyotes in front of the hounds wearing the tracking collars by use of radioing ahead to other hunters,in vehicles.

1 is it legal to kill harvest a coyote in front of hounds using a electronic tracking device to pinpoint the kill.
2 is it legal to follow the hounds with the tracking transmitter while tracking the hounds by vehicle.
3 is it legal to radio ahead and tell hunters in the group where the hounds are headed and where they can head them off and make the kill.
4 is it legal to ride in a truck to locate a track to put these hounds with tracking collers out on..thank you for your reply
