Called Predator Enticer motion decoy. eBAT ITEM 280386440235. Says it is the hottest decoy in the UK ans Germany. Only cost $38.00. Looks good.

Looks interesting but what is it?And why is there a stick and wires coming out the bottom of it?Just my sarcastic observation.
