Title: Tons of cottontail rabbits
Post by: foxpro51 on July 20, 2009, 09:34:46 PM
Should be a GREAT year for predators. I have never seen so many cotton rabbits than i have in the last month. Farmers are telling us they are seeing three or four fox at a time in the areas we hunt. I also noticed a lot of doe deer with more than two fawns. LOOKS GOOD

I've been seeing alot to but they're hanging around houses and eating my ornamental grass and nibbling on my tree trunks. I'd like to see grouse populations take off as well. We use to jump them all the time on my hillside but I might flush one once a year on accident.
