page 18 here is stating that there will be no rifles in 5c or 5d. http://www.pgc.state.pa.us/pgc/lib/pgc/pdf/january_agenda_2008.pdf is there anyway we can try to get it thrown into legislation about allowing rifles smaller then a .22 centerfire for varmints? I do not live in the countys that this effects but do you think we should try to get it reworded. time is short.

Agreed, I am in 5B and if this was my county I would want someone fighting for me.

I am confused cant use a a single prejectile but you cant use buck shot either, think I am reading it wrong.

YOUR READING IT WRONG, ITS UNDER THE EXCEPTIONS

I was wondering if the PPHA was going to take a run at this BB.

NOTICE !!!!!
The PGC,at it's january meeting, has on the egenda to BAN the use of rifles(larger than .22) in WMU 2B. Not just allegheny co but also to include the parts of beaver, butler, washington, and westmoreland counties that make up WMU 2B.

I really don't thinkg the PPHA would stand a chance on this issue. It's all about safety in 5C and 5D.Most of 5C and 5D have always been Special Regs area.Shotgun and rimfire only. Not saying that all of 5C should be rimfire only, just alot easier for the PGC to lump the whole WMU together.
