I took a half dozen red fox to a local guy who buys them from me on the carcus - I don't skin em out! I got $30 a piece. I thot that was a fair price for not having them skinned, fleshed, and stretched. Any opinions on the price I got?
P.S. Coon were only bring $5- $10 - On the carcus of course. He said coon prices were way down and many places weren't even taking coon.

Those are some good prices!! Especially the coon
Every year I see posts about the prices being low from local buyers and then see the sent out prices. Sent out prices are often way higher.

For a on the carcass price,30.00 from a local buyer is not bad!!I got 33.00 for mine an they were all put up.

Maybe the buyer figures he can get more putting them up himself. Its a sound strategy if you are a quick skinner and good at it.

Per the prices listed in the latest edition of "Trapper & Predator Caller....what I got was average $$$ or in the case of the coon, above average.. ??? ??? ??? Guess I can't complain. :-X :-X
