Welcome aboard! You have just joined a good club. You must swear to never reveal the State Wide Hunt kill total to the general public. It's kind of embarrassing, if you know what I mean.
-
why so the other districts dont get embarrased for not putting down anything?
really it wasnt even close, i just didnt know the sign needed for the pics
-
Welcome Jon....I could hear Woody screaming at you....A peace sign...a stinking peace sign...you couldnt make a peace sign in those dang photos...J/K ;D
-
Welcome!!
peace sign is two fingers, just so you know ;)
-
i was steaming when i found out we needed it, i remember him saying there was going to be a sign but i never heard whe it was until after the 2 were skinned out and i sold mine to a taxidermist in town.
mike the guy i hunted with gave them to his buddy to skin, he had to go to a party or at least that pic woulda been up
both our shots were very good, i had a small window to do it or it wasnt happening and his was just perfect, shot it 1/4 ing away, he is going to have CT do that skull for him
-
thanks i know what it is, i just wanted D6 to feel like they had a chance, i knew in the time i put in we were going to seal the deal for D2 and that was the case
-
;D
too funny Lifes2Fun!!!
oh well....we here in D2 know that we took 5 red's last weekend....just cant get our pictures taken correctly. :-\ i'll personally take the hit for that one.. :-[ (sorry D2)..i got HuntnFool fired up for the hunt over the phone....he got a buddy signed up as a new member....i told them about the deadline and check in location. i guess i figured they would either come to the check in or hold onto their furs alittle longer than 6hrs before taking them to the fur buyer and taxidermist.... :D :D :D ;D ;D ;) ;)
a tie is okay with me.....we ALL hunted our keisters off and had a blast. some of us got to hunt with other members for the first time too.
-
Sounds like some fine shooting
-
his buddy did them mid saturday afternoon, my 2nd one wasnt even in riggor when it left my hands but i was paid well for it so its all good.
gotta love the thrill of competition, i hate to lose at anything, hearing "tie" when knowing it was a smoke fest got me going
Woody its not your fault you just didnt want us to make the trash talkers look bad
-
HF what part of Montco. You the guy in Souderton? If so we should meet up sometime.

I hope you were steaming at yourself for not checking the post.

yes souderton
i never was on the site before last night, i think the information should be posted elsewhere also

and where else should we post the information about a PPHA activity?...
my thoughts on that matter are if you want to participate take a little responsibility and check the website or check with the person with that organization {district coordinator, Woody} who's responsible for knowing what's going on...
next hunt details will be posted on cooking .con... NOT...
-
Actually District 2 is vacant......Woody just held the check in so D2 had a place.
-
yeah cuz he is such a nice fella.
got yer call last night woody. yeah I knew about the lbl gettin shut down. kinda sucks for them. maybe we can see into the future?
-
a lot of guys use huntingpa also, it can be posted under there
-
I'm not sure why a club would want to post their rules to a hunt on another website.

I live off Green St and Summit.
-
the ppha has a forum on there so why not post information in both places.
-
Welcome aboard. Let the fun begin......Tim

because this is our official site... we've got forums on other boards also... so why don't we post everything there too?... because this is our official site...
-
for a state wide hunt a simple thread in those forums isnt asking much
-
Congratulations on your new job!
