Title: Is it Just me??
Post by: Pa Goosehntr on October 11, 2016, 01:32:45 PM
:( :( :( :( This is turning into a tough week so far; First I loose my first deer ever yesterday, and today while clearing trails of trees, my four wheeler battery dies on the trail. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( No tools so 1 hour later I get the battery out and then comes the adventure of getting a new one  ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? Local lawn mower/ATV dealer didn't have one  :P :P :P :P :P Back to C-burg, got one and swung by the house for tools  ;) ;) ;) ;) Back at the 4 wheeler, 10 minutes max, battery in and bolted tight.... :o :o :o :o :o things go so much easier with the right tools... 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) Lookn4anexcuse I know you have something to say so go ahead and put in your 2¢..... :) :) :) :) :) :)

No, not just you. I hate those days. But they don't happen too often. I feel for you. (are you bucking for the Deckard Award?)

On a side note...I do have a few basic tools stored on our atv.
And those trails shoulda been trimmed last month. But you know that.

 >:( Goose don't listen to these "Hooligans"  >:(  They don't understand what its like to live in a "Lovey-Dovey" home atmosphere like us!  ;D They spend more time begging to get in the house, while we have a hard time getting the essentials like ATV Maint. and other demanding chores done.  ::) In light of that I propose an emergency "Brekie" tomorrow at the Chambersburg Diner...8--830......a couple of hotcakes an omelet...toast...bacon..hash browns...orange juice...and biscuits w/sausage gravy   :o should make you feel a little better.  ;) I will be having my usual water and plain oatmeal...no sugar no milk....and will occasionally throw in a "I feel your pain" for effect......any D4 member so inclined to participate in this "HUMANITARIAN" effort just stop on by.....Sonny snakes are in hibernation in C-burg.....so don't bother hitchhiking down 81 for a free "Brekie"....................... 8)

You both know I am the only D4 guy who likes either of you, especially together. :o :o :o :o  However, your bribe of a free breakfast could force someone to tolerate you long enough for you to pay the bill. ::) ::) ::) ::)

Pennsylvania: Firearms Preemption Legislation Expected for Vote Next Week

Next week, members of the Pennsylvania Legislature will return to Harrisburg and are expected to vote on critical preemption legislation.  With only six days left in the 2016 legislative session, it is imperative that you contact your state legislators and urge them to support both Senate Bill 1330 and House Bill 2258.  It is important that one of these bills makes it to the Governor's desk.  Please click the “Take Action” button below to contact your state legislators!

Gun owners across the Keystone state have waited long enough for this much-needed reform as they continue to be unduly burdened by local ordinances which violate the current state firearm preemption law.  Citizens with no criminal intent should not be placed in jeopardy of running afoul of local restrictions they don`t even know exist simply because they have crossed from one municipality to another.

Earlier this year, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court struck down ACT 192 – Firearm Preemption Legislation - for violation of the “single subject” rule for legislative process.  Both SB 1330 and HB 2258, if again enacted into law, would strengthen Pennsylvania’s firearms preemption law to further ensure firearm and ammunition laws are consistent throughout the state.

Time is crucial! Please click the “Take Action” button above to contact your state legislators in support of Senate Bill 1330 and House Bill 2258!
