A very good episode. The American sniper in Vietnam, that killed the sniper the Vietnamese sent to kill him, by shooting the Vietnamese sniper, strait threw his scope.
Then there was a remake, a retired US Marine sniper, shot at 2 different 3x9x40
Tasco riflescopes and the bullet did not penetrate all the lenses at 50 yards with a 308. A red dot with less lenses was then used and the bullet went threw the scope and the dummies head.
The 308 bullet at 50 yards was said to have the energy of a 357, at point blank.
