I went to west virgina today to hunt cats. It started out pretty good. Untill I walked in on some guys training bear dogs. I did not know they were below me on the mountain.Just about the time I was about start calling 6 hounds below me on the mountain cut loose. I knew what was up then, so I just set and listen. It was one of the best chases I herd in a long time. They treed a 150 lbs. bear in a hemlock tree below me.I got to meet the 4 guys with the dogs and talk to them they were very very nice guys. Later on I got to hear another chase that treed another small bear. No cats but it ended a great day 2 bear chases and 4 new friends. mountain dog
