Just run when the weather gets too hot. Yea you head to cooler places. I am surprised you did not go to Iceland. Us other retired guys will struggle through this heat wave in our air-conditioning.

It's so hot...
I check nuisance traps earlier than usual in the mornings.
Early this morning,while wearing shorts, I was wading a pond in my bare feet checking nuisance Muskrat traps. Plus looking for more sign.
I returned to truck and realized I was in Copperhead, Rattlesnake, Snapping Turtle & Water Snake territory.
I rarely make that mistake. Tomorrow, am wearing hip boots.

I know this pond. At the foot of a mountain. Brother & I camped there when we were young. No house around back then.
30 years ago, someone built a house near the pond.
The past several years I've had nuisance calls to this house including; Snakes, Coyote, Bobcat, Bear & Groundhogs.

 :(  Intermittent clouds  :P with a chance of thunder showers  :o and hot  :P :P..............anyone going to a trout derby this AM may also encounter a chance of mosquito's  >:( >:(....a bad cup of coffee  >:( and a before 9am hotdog  :-\ :-\ :-\........................ 8)
