Setting a Good Example
« on: March 06, 2016, 06:15:39 AM »
:) I recently received a PM from an un-named source: "Damn Jaspr that was harsh".  Well as everyone can now see I am loyal to the point of stupidity sometimes, especially when I think family or friends (PPHA) are under attack. At my age I should me brokering deals and smoothing issues, and mentoring. Not saying "this way to the fist fight". I will strive to work on this issue and as ERNIE would say "Jaspr try to be more positive". No one QUIT over this incident,it was a flare up that actually might trigger some good things. I notice a ripple in the force, in the MEMBERS ONLY SECTION. A real discussion on taking a negative and making a positive out of it. Progress. Get on! Put in your 2 cents,if you are a MEMBER you get a say. Finally I would like to add don't sit on the bench for years like I did and then suddenly have a "I think I should do more moment"......Guilty!!  I let a bunch of good guys down, I apologize to them all especially Tim and Ben. I  know some of you probably thought about coming to a breakfast but thought "I don't know any of those guys" or you don't post..."who wants to hear what I have to say"...been there done all of that. We only roast "Timmy" at breakfast and more participation on the forum offsets all the "Hot Air" from Windbags like me............I stated I was going to quit, but quitting gains nothing except an easy way out. Rather  My GOAL for this year is to set a GOOD EXAMPLE for an OLD COOT and agree to disagree without being disagreeable....Gonna be tough.... 8)

Speak for yourself, my life is just getting better and I am over 56. This year I will not have to head down hill. I think I have reached the bottom and everything has to be better from now on. Every this is looking great through my rose colored glasses. O- wait I have go now and take my pills, talk later!
For a brief moment I could hear nature through all the noise.

I cannot wait for this permafrost to leave.
I might use the flags to mark fishing spots.
