I have the boat...I can use my lawn tractor engine, all I need to find is a sled and a conveyor belt sprocket.......

.....Actually I have seen that all purpose vehicle before

Big Ben has one just like that but he won't part with it

Folks in Great Lake's region have been using these motors for a loooong time.
That's an Ice scratcher motor or just scratcher. Most folks build a tube frame to fit their boat.
