Finally what if it's the rifle? What does a gunsmith have to do to correct the problem causing the shoulder not to seat properly when the chamber is closed.
I have recently purchase a Universal Decaping die so I will not have to do the full length resize on previous fired cases in a certain gun. If you use the same gun and the same case could that shoulder be not properly formed becausse of an inadequate set stage one full length decapping die?
