Make sure you people picking edible things this time of the year... Make sure you wear ORANGE when picking shrooms, legal to take edible plants, and berries.  I'm not into picking leeks or wild asparagus so I don't even know if this is legal to do harvest on state lands?????i know if you take just say....Jack In The Pulpit to plant at home, your breaking the law..

Also you hunters be careful watch for the shroomers and pickers that may be in the public lands picking shrooms and edibles without any orange on...

If all turkey hunter would verify there is a beard on the "turkey" before they shoot, there wouldn't be any accidental shootings. I just can't understand how a person can possibly mistake a person for a turkey when its the law to verify the target has a beard on it. Obviously many "hunters" don't...they just shoot

Good info Ub
