Went hunting with DJ last night and thought we were in for a good night. Dark out and a storm front coming in. As we leave his house we don't get 100 yards and a Red Fox runs in front of the truck. I say to Dj, this is going to be a good night but in the back of my mind i am thinking we are doomed. Everytime a fox runs in front of my vehicle I see nothing the rest of the night. This has happened on several occaisions. You guessed it, eight sets and not a single eye. Any body else ever been hit by the curse?

Yea, I got stuck in a ditch in the boondocks the other night. Hour and half to get tow truck. Glad I had a cell phone and gps.

Called in a fox but no shot and shot 2 opposums out of 3.

Its normally the other way around for me. If i see a critter i normally have a good night.

When I see critters runnig it just let's me know were one more lives.

I thought last evening was going to be good.. You know a LOW coming through...The rain did not hit yet.. Let see I made 6 stands before the rain came in...Only called in one fox....
There are going to be times that your sneeze will call in a predator. Sometimes if you sneeze twice two predators will come in.

Made some stands shot two fox. One came right in and I shot him walking straight at me. On my second stand a fox came in from a real long ways off and stayed in a bad direction for me to shot for almost 15 min. Then he made a mistake and moved around to get my wind. Went home before the rain.

Nice work BW. I haven't been out for the last two nights but I'm planning on going out Fri and Sat. Someone has to win the d6 hunt so I better get out there. LOL

I'm not sure about the other members BW, no one has said if they will be out or not. D6 members, who is planning to hunt this weekend?

Me of coarse. I am gonna be so happy when I get this fox. Hope we get a break in the rain every night atleast for a couple hours. Good luck to all who are in pursuit this weekend.
