Cool deal with Brian.

Last couple of years I have stopped hunting after one fox kill.  I was hunting 3 times a week and didn't want to deplete my spots.  I have a lot more spots now and I have been going back and fourth in my head about how many fox I should take to keep my numbers there year after year.  Musky and I went out Saturday night and both took a red and let my son take two.  One had mange so I may have to reconsider upping my kills.  Just conservative I guess...

Nothing wrong with being conservative. The mange does not always mean there are too many. One year I killed a few ground hogs that had mange on one farm. The fox on that farm had mange that year also. But none of the other fox I shot not to far from that farm had any mange. But i would hunt that farm that you shot that mange fox on,  you may stop it from spreading some. Mange fox are more eager to come to a call.
For a brief moment I could hear nature through all the noise.
