Greetings PPHA members,
Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you about the decoy issue I posted last week. I have been waiting on a reply back from a PGC employee looking into this delema.
I spoke with the Jason Raup this morning and I got the go-ahead to inform everyone that the use of electronic decoys for ALL furbearer's is legal(yes...this means bobcats too..i asked  ). Title 34 section 2308 states that ANY decoys are lawful while hunting furbearer's, eventhough the digest clearly states that the use of electronic decoy's are for hunting coyote only. They will be getting the word out to all WCO's across the state.
Feel free to keep a copy of Title 34, chapter 23, section 2308 with you while calling should the need arise to explain to a WCO that may be questioning your hunting method. Anyone with questions feel free to contact me.
Good luck this fur season, be safe out there and shoot straight!!
