I checked and it's on the agenda for monday, the 25th. I don't know if I made a mistake or they were just that busy. It could have been a "senior moment".

Attended the June 25, 2007 PGC Board of Commissioners meeting this morning.

In speaking with some attendees, there is a possibility that some additional verbage on another subject - NOT - related to permitting a light to be mounted on a gun will be attached to the existing HB 881 bill.

It goes back to the house. BTW, in the senate, the vote was 50 yes/0 no. As of yet I don't know what's on the agenda for the future, as far as the house is concerned. As soon as I find out I'll make a post.

It seems that for the most, everybody is on the same page with this.As I said before, once it comes up on the agenda I'll make a post and at that time everybody can call their local reps to ask them to support hb 881 as amended. But wait for the post first. Thanks.

Good question, but this answer should be directed to all PPHA Members and hunters that want to hunt predators with the light on the gun.
When HB881 is received back on the PA House floor, I also hope for the last time. We all feel good about this bill now because a lot of very credible people have helped write this bill to its current state.  However, I feel nothing is ever known until after the fact. The house Game and Fisheries Representatives that PPHA members should still call when this HB881 comes back out on the floor are listed below. Ask them to pass HB881 as it is now currently amended and written when it is received on there floor for there vote.
Thanks to everyone that has and continues to call there representatives

It passed 27-0, now what happens? Does the House bat it around some more or does it go to the governor now?
