Thought I would share a call I just finished for a customer. It was very challenging to find the right diameter antler that would turn down just enough to not get soft on me. I ruined three stoppers before I got the last one. The Rose wood makes my eyes and nose burn but I wore a mask to help with that.
Honduran Rosewood with Red Stag Antler Barrel Ring and Red Stag Antler Stopper. The gouge in the ring is not a turning mistake, it was left in the antler because I think it adds character. It has the adjustable sound board that makes 5 different deer vocalizations. I'm very proud of this call as you can tell. Maybe my best and most challenging to date. I hope you enjoy the picts............Tim
