D6 CHECKIN

AFTER THE MEETING TONIGHT

ALL PICTURES FROM MEMBERS NOT ATTENDING THE CHECKIN MUST BE POSTED ON THIS FOURM BY 1pm,FEB 1ST.

THE CHECKIN IS AT THE LARGE HOTEL. Leave your fur in your vehicle till we move off site. ALL MEMBERS MUST BE THERE NO LATER THAN 1pm.

THIS MEANS THAT YOU CAN HUNT TILL NOON. YOU MUST STOP AND GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO GET THERETO BE THERE BY 1PM.

John I agree 100% but I'm talking about the posting alone.....It was posted in the Howler about the hunt and to contact the district rep for checkin times and locations.

I will gladly mail out the Howler to EVERY SINGLE MEMBER....but I need the go ahead from the administration and will also need addresses.

Trappinjohn I can't say what other district officers do but any member in District 3 that has a e-mail listed gets a e-mail on all events as well as a copy of the Quarterly newsletter e-mailed to them. I also try to call the others to help keep them informed of what is going on.

I know were your coming from.   I offered to keep sending renewal notices and got the same.   Not trying to stir anything, I'm more than willing to help too.

If as much effort was put to getting the info to the non-internet members as some do bickering on here, we be a much better club.

 ASK MEMBERS. Some members can get copy by way of email. Others send copy. Save money. Also Howler is no were as important as subscription to Predator extreme. It will generate more members.
