Bobcat tag size!!!???

Is it just me or does anyone else agree that the game commission should use there head just a little bit?
I went to stick my bobcat tag into my license holder the other day, and it is way to big. I just think that it would make a little sense to make the tags the same size as a hunting license so you could slide it behind in the holder!!!!!
