paste the link between the "IMG" thingies
you can find it when you go to post, above the text box are smilies,
above them, to the left is a box that has a picture in it( it'll say "insert image" when you hover your mouse over it) click that and the "IMG" thingies will appear in the text box
Boy oh boy, If I told my grandfather that a box will say something when you hover a mouse over it, I can only imagine what he'd think
