Passes will have to be picked up at the show.  We gotta figure something out here Bob.  Also I will be there the last Saturday and Sunday as well.

Ok Updated.
I thought we would be able to mail the passes.
I guess there wouldnt be enough time if we got them the first day.
we'll have to have a series of contact numbers for oncoming volunteers to get their passes

The only problem is getting the passes to the Wednesday people, otherwise there will be somebody there that will have a pass from the previous day that can meet volunteers at the door to hand them thier pass.  Call me and we can discuss when you get a chance.

I can meet Ryan on my way back home to keep the transfers going, what do ya say Ryan?

Also, has everyone that has volunteered, seen the schedule?
There are a few volunteers that have not got back to me yet, and can still be added. We could still use a few more, We would like to have atleast 3 at the table so we can take breaks and see the show in shifts.

I'll be coming from college at Williamsport, Pa so,I'll be heading down route 15. I'll check this when I get out of class at 3, and then periodicity through the day, so any questions I should be pretty quick to respond to them.

I need someone to calculate scores, and someone to double check that person at the table next to me for the contest, and the contest starts at 1 or 2? I'll be there when it opens but I want to know how much time I have to go over rules and such. Unless it is set up exactly like it was last year which will be no problem, I think it went well without a hitch. Let me know timothy...

Judges meeting at 11am.
Dj, there are alot of volunteers scheduled there on contest day, you should be well manned for it

I put your numbers in the cell.  I plan on being out there early Sunday in order to get a good parking spot.  I don't plan on leaving until the end all the days I'll be there.  Any inexpensive hotels in the area?
