Title: bulbs for nitelite wizard
Post by: coyotelord on October 30, 2007, 02:41:08 PM
Does anyone know what bulb the nitelite wizard takes?  I am going to order the wizard light and was going to buy a couple replacement bulbs at the same time so I have them.

Thanks.

the K-12 bulb is what you want... don't be paying $6.00 a piece for bulbs...

Thanks guys.

I ordered one of each from the blose hollow site that you had in another topic on here Dale.

I have a feeling with the halogens being 5 a piece i'm not going to be making a habit of buying them though unless there is a big difference.

they may put out a little more light, BUT they'll burn up batteries quicker... I have no problem spotting eyes 100's of yards out with the K-12's...

Thats what I was worried about with the halogens Dale.

I thought the halogens would wear out my battery too fast plus can get three of the kryptons for the price.  Thanks.
