Steel Shot?
« on: September 15, 2008, 10:18:38 PM »
I was just wondering if anyone uses steel shot in their shotguns?
With the price of ammo these days steel shot is looking better and better.
Just wondering if any of you guys have ran into any problems with it!

Yea, I have a problem with it.  It doesn't have the "down-range" energy that lead does.  Why limit your shotguns performance? You get what you pay for.

I used Remingtons HeavieShot Dead Coyote for my coyote back in May.  Worked great.
