Headed to the fur auction
« on: February 28, 2011, 10:26:10 PM »

All in all it was a great season. Alittle disappointed in fur prices, but other than that i had alot of fun.

Wow, I sure wish I had as much time as you to get out there and hunt those reds. Wife had our first baby in December so my hunting time this past year was limited. My sister used to be my hunting partner, but she married off last spring and now has a little girl. I got no one to hunt with and hardly any time...I sure am licking my chops at all those juicy reds........ ;D

Hern, I guess I worded it wrong. I actually go to a dealer. Dutch ..... do you know him? He's treated me good in the past.

I sell all my furs to Dutch. If it's the same guy. He owns Cocolamus Creek Supply. He sure is a fun guy to deal with.

Yeah thats right. LOL I love dealing with him at the trapping conventions. He always will beat or match a competitors price. The old fur buyers like him are getting a little scarce.
