But an easy outdoor Chicken recipe...
Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast
-slice Chicken breast into strips
-marinate with Zesty Italian salad dressing
marinate Chicken strips for a couple of hours or a day or two
fry in iron skillet, or do on grill
I like to take marinated Chicken breast on camping trips. Pre-cut meat and placed in a freezer bag with marinate until used. While camping, I cook in cast iron skillet. At this point snow peas & mushrooms can be added. Very easy, good tasting meal.
Storing in freezer bag saves a bit of room in ice chest over the hard plastic storage containers.

;) ;) ;) I do a stir fry that way...but also include bell peppers, onions, cauliflower, and broccoli .... ;) ;) ;)

a cayenne pepper or 2 wouldn't hurt either in the stir fry along with some mushrooms...
