Combo gun 12 ga/ .222
« on: March 02, 2009, 06:09:32 AM »
Have a like new hardly used EAA Corp. over under chambered for 3" 12 gauge and .222 Rem it comes with 3 choke tubes (full, mod, improved). This gun shoots very nice and is great condition, no rust or scratches. It is made by Baikal of Russia it is a model IZH-94. Remington is now importing these. Would love to keep the gun but need the $$$ more with the job loss. Asking $450 with the scope (nikon prostaff 2-7x32) or $400 without. I will include 23 rounds of 222 factory loaded ammo and all the empty 222 brass i have from my other 222.

These guns are heavy but shoot vey well. Triggers are terrible but my friend did his own trigger job.

remington is not importing these no more.  no one is.  so if ya want one grab it up.  not many out there.  and that is a good price.

Where does the gun live?
Are those rust stains behind the barrel band?

this is the only company i know that has the shotgun over the rifle.  savage does it the other way and it makes using the shotgun tough.  it is accurate and like someone else said it has some weight but its hard to be light when there are two barrels.  truly a great gun

Kind of far for me.  Rosko, you're really splitting hairs on the chambering.  Buy it!

ya I know BP but I think swarter2 is going to get it so maybe I,ll look for a crossfire mk-1. a guy can through lots of led with it and something will run into a peace once in a while.

Tikka also makes a shotgun over a rifle.
